About the project

RIPPLES is a music-led immersive experience that intertwines sound, art, and philosophy to explore profound themes and inspire introspection. Each edition curates a unique ensemble of local artists and musicians, inviting attendees to connect deeply—with themselves, each other, and their surroundings—through a shared exploration of a central theme.

For RIPPLES 2, the theme celebrated the extraordinary in the ordinary, inviting participants to rediscover wonder in the simplest elements of life.

A Tea ceremony served as the emotional centerpiece, transforming the act of drinking Tea into a profound moment of connection and mindfulness. This ritual unfolded in harmony with music, blending silence, sound, and presence into a single, transcendent act. Visual artist Vincent Rang elevated the experience with his performance, Ephemeral Paintings, an installation where inks and directional light formed live, organic landscapes. These ever-changing visuals were projected onto a large screen, creating a dynamic, meditative atmosphere that underscored the fleeting beauty of the moment.

The performing artists included Illnoledge, Phantom Wizard, Nathan Badu, Delawhere, Randell Heye, Lucas Santana, and Bruno Sitton, whose contributions brought the music-led narrative to life. As the founder, artistic director, and performer, Bruno curated and guided every aspect of this experience, ensuring that the sound, lighting, set design, and visual elements coalesced seamlessly into a unified narrative. By collaborating with the Amsterdam Film Academy, he also produced compelling content that captured the spirit of RIPPLES 2, leaving attendees with an indelible memory of transformation and connection.
